My life has always been about movement, activity, competition. It resides deep in who I am and challenges me each day to discover my limitations, edges and fears as well as my abilities, qualities and successes. Fitness is a journey that is best taken with company!
the journey
A lifetime sports fanatic, exercise junkie, craft beer enthusiast and foodie, I have made movement a daily requirement. In its early form as rigid sports-specific training, then as a way to heal chronic/overuse injuries and the inevitable-creep of age to soul searching for contentment in my evolved physical body.
